"I have the belief that if you cannot provide an explanation in simple terms, you do not really understand what you are writing about.  Dr Martin Kutscher knows what he is writing about.  He explains ADHD in a clear and simple style that is appealing to a parent or teacher and in an example of good practice for clinicians....This book is to be commended for including a chapter on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (Talking it Through).  There is also an excellent chapter for children to read and a summary for those who may not have the time to read all the chapters.  To only read the summary would be a mistake as this book has a wealth on information on every page.  No words are redundant and the format reader friendly.  When a child has ADHD and Asperger’s Syndrome, I will recommend Martin Kutscher's book as the primary reference for parents and teachers to understand and treat the ADHD aspect of the child's profile of abilities. "

---Tony Attwood, Ph.D., the leading researcher and author on Asperger's Syndrome.

"What a sigh of relief to know I can be kind to my son! What an eye-opener!  This book is written with humor, heart and intelligence, and is a must read for anyone seeking to understand ADHD. It's also a book to come back to again and again when you need reassurance. I can't thank you enough!"

---Susan Sher - Manager of ADDedSupport@groups.msn.com.

"You are really offering a great service for kids and their parents.  Keep at it. We need more positive info like this ... there is so much out there that is just awful on the web!....I was quite impressed with the site. Thanks for your contribution in this area. Great Kid's chapter!

Pat Quinn, MD, co-author of Putting on the Brakes and other books on ADHD.

"Although Pediatric Neurological Associates call this an ADHD e-book, it really covers a great deal of the disorders that so many parents are dealing with today. It is designed with the parent in mind, to relay as much information to the readers as they can possibly absorb, in a language that is understandable.  The simulations are really eye opening.  It is a wonderful resource to keep bookmarked for quick reference. Dr. Kutscher has done a great job and our parents a great service. Thank you."

--Fran Paci, site owner/administrator at ConductDisorders.com.

"In my estimation it is by far one of the very best, if not the best site on the internet. Thank you again for developing this site.  Many parents and children need information about ADHD, yet often do not know where to turn.  I believe that I have an ethical and moral obligation to acquaint them with resources that would prove helpful for the parents, grandparents, and the children.  Your hard work is most appreciated....I really like your child chapter.  It's excellent, readable, short and to the point.  Great illustrations which clarify the meaning.  Do you mind that I have printed the chapter tonight for a court ordered psych evaluation?

"Your web site is the only one to which I refer parents....Your hard work is an inspiration to us all."

---Gayle M. Bell, Ed.S., Educational Specialist, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

"You are a great individual for enlightening the rest of the world. This may save my marriage, and help nurture and improve my relationship with my son.   Thanks a million!"

---Mother and wife of ADD/ODD via the internet.

"Recently, I [came across a] truly enlightening, well written, concise, informative, humorous, and well researched ELECTRONIC BOOK on ADHD. The author is Martin L. Kutscher, MD. IMPORTANT! YOU REALLY NEED TO READ THIS E-BOOK if you want to be quickly and thoroughly informed about Attention Deficit Disorder w/ and w/out hyperactivity. The book is for parents, teachers, children, teenagers, family units, and virtually anyone else who spends time with an ADDer. IT'S YOUR CHOICE. READ IT!"

---BJ Madewell, editor of www.ADDchoices.com.

"I had to let you know what a WONDERFUL web site you have created--I refer people to it all the time. I give clients lists of helpful web sites and yours is at the very top. It is knowledgeable, honest, realistic, and (what I think is the best part)--compassionate and understanding.  Thank you for this gift. You have helped so many more people than you can ever imagine....What a great site!"

---M.C.,  Marriage and Family Therapy Intern

I am a certified paediatrician in Winnipeg, Canada with a special interest in ADHD and related areas.  I want to commend you on a superb website which I have accessed many times and which I refer my patients to on a regular basis.  I have also referred many of my colleagues to your website , both paediatricians and psychologists and all agree that it is a valuable tool with a remarkable insight into parental problems and an ability to relate to the core of many problems for both the paediatrician and the parent.  I consider your website a valuable resource and I wanted to express my thanks.

---Shaun Lucash, MD. FRCPC

"After discovering Dr. Kutscher’s book, I think you will be pleased with his product. It is extremely helpful, and precisely written in non-judgmental language, so rarely seen in today’s experts’ literature. Options and positive views are provided by Tip of the Iceberg. The book offers a fresh format with no hard-sale campaign or hidden agenda from this doctor. A highly recommended read for parents, teachers, and professionals-anyone touched by ADHD. "

---Alaine Benard, Syndicated writer and editor of Stormwatch ADHD Newsletter.

"I am thrilled to have something in print to help us explain these kids to their parents, teachers, administrators and the general public.  Dr. Kutscher is able to shift our thinking of these children from behavioral problems to children with learning and functioning disabilities. Because he understands the essence of these children, he is able to convey a wealth of information and practical solutions in a very concise readable manner.  We have recommended your web site to many parents at our meetings, especially the newly diagnosed families. We were especially thrilled to see information on Ross Greene's approach  included in your information.  I found the home strategies section very thorough and liked the attention on the parent's behaviour as well as the child's.... Congratulations on a very fair and thorough book."

---Heidi Bernhardt, Director, Attention Deficit Resource Network

"I can't tell you the number of people that have come back into our chat room just to thank me  for giving them your web site address, and how much your information has helped them. You are helping many parents....And WOW, the stuff I found about how the school should handle a child was incredible! I have printed out many pages and have highlighted the areas that I want the teacher/school to follow."

---Feedback from chat room parent.

"Thank you for posting such information. What I particularly like is that you have a number of links which have some relevance to ADHD on your site already. It seems that many organizations or individuals try to build as many links as technically possible which is a bit of an odd strategy since those with ADD have trouble making decisions/choices sometimes."

---Dick Smith, Newsletter Editor, Greater Rochester ADD Association.

"Very nice site with a lot of very helpful information.....I found the e-book particularly helpful for ADHD children and their parents.  I think it is an excellent resource in helping them to understand their disorder, how to cope with it and treatment issues."

---Patty Pheil, MSW, site owner of Mental Health Sanctuary.

"I've actually come across your book and included a link in my "Resource Library".  It's very informative, and I have also begun to recommend it to my coaching clients. "

---Patti L. Petit, Founder of ADDmirableWomen, ADHD coach.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.  Finally someone said everything I've been wanting to hear for several years.  My son is so difficult and I get so frustrated, but this e-book gave me many positive pushes.  I found myself in many of your examples....So glad you didn't let me down like so many other venues. That has been the most informative text I've had.
