Directions From: Westchester, Rockland, and South Orange County:

New York State Thruway North to Exit 16 (Route17-Harriman) Route 17 West to Exit 122 (Crystal Run Crossing)   At 1st traffic light, turn right.  At next traffic light turn left onto Crystal Run Road.  Continue approximately 1/3 mile, past the Holiday Inn to the next traffic light.  Turn right at light (notice sign for 100 Crystal Run).

Directions from Sullivan County and Points North:

Route 17 East to exit 122 (Crystal Run Road).  At traffic light, turn right.  Go to 2nd traffic light and turn right: (notice sign for 100 Crystal Run).

From Interstate 84:

Take Exit 4E to Route 17 East and follow directions above.

Note: 

Sign for Westchester Medical Center & Children’s Hospital-Orange Specialty Center in lower right hand comer of sign.  Drive to the LAST BUILDING marked #100. Park in front of the building.  Enter the middle doorway entrance.  Upon entering the building, go into the 1st door on the left to Suite #108 (Orange Specialty Practice of Westchester Medical Center and Children’s Hospital).
